About the Project:
A variety of quintessential elements were employed to instill this property with 1920's Spanish Revival elegance: "basket handle" arched French doors, Moorish minaret chimney caps, bottle-glass windows, rejas oculi (round windows with grillwork), octagonal skylight with wrought iron tracery, a hammered mesquite wood front door, hand-turned mahogany columns, to name just a few exemplary devices.
