Kelly purchased a large historical estate in North Pacific Beach, which had great potential but required significant work. Realizing it was too large for her alone, she decided to divide the property into multiple rental units. She collaborated with Ziggurat Design, led by James Blair and Fernando Careaga, to bring her vision to life. The design included three private, sound-proofed units, each with its own wet bar and outdoor space. A new driveway, parking, and upgraded pool area were added, and a new wing with a pool bath and cabana enhanced the backyard. The property was transformed into a stunning, updated villa thanks to Ziggurat's design and Kelly's impeccable taste.
