About the Project:

This four bedroom/four and a half bath house is done in a shingle-style house with traditional elements and some beach home flare. The house strives to make the most of the narrow lot common in Coronado. The first floor has an open plan that spans from the front to the back of the house capped by bi-fold doors that open to the front porch and back patio. Upstairs are two master suites both with their own balconies. The front master suite has a small writing desk and a Jacuzzi bathtub. The back master has a large shower and grand outdoor terrace for morning coffee or late-night drinks.
